As agency Vice President, Carlos plays a key leadership role in partnership with the Accounts, Strategy, Marketing Intelligence & Analytics, and Technology teams to shape new opportunities, by expanding current client relationships and forging new ones.

He is a mentor and motivator of a tightly knit group of creative teams: a restless, passionate leader – inspired to shape and reshape the future of the industry.

Carlos is responsible for all agency creative teams (art directors, copy writers and creative technologists) and keeps an open eye to all the critical details of the work.
